Students develop from memorizing

The Aristoi Community, quite simply, is like no other. Focusing on the whole child is our mission where students are taught not what to think, but how to think. Students are shown how to look at the world and the beauty within it, even in science and math. Truth, goodness, and beauty are in abundance in daily student life. The right perspective and leadership are sometimes all it takes.

Our aim is to share truth, goodness, and beauty with our students and families as well. Education does not stop when the building door is closed. Families are an essential part of our community and educational endeavor.  From reading with and to students, to conducting Socratic discussions at the Outdoor Classroom, to rehearsing lines for the upcoming theatre production, and analyzing the latest AI theories. These opportunities are built into the education at Aristoi.

We encourage our families to participate in all of our school events and organizations.  Some top of mind programs include: the 5th& 6th Grade Goblet of Apollo Tea & Poetry Competition, Cookies with St. Nicholas, visits to the Brookwood Community, band and choir programs, legendary House Competitions, the Eighth Grade Musical, and the Rhetoric School’s Thesis Week.

Aristoi Academies are smaller so that we are able to focus on the task at hand,

To provide students with an academically challenging Classical Liberal Arts education that encourages them to develop a passion for learning and that gives them the means to become responsible citizens of virtuous character.

We are honored and privileged to walk alongside parents and families as students develop from memorizing lines of poetry in Grammar School to writing critical theses before graduation from the Rhetoric School.
